Why case studies need evidence
A useful case study should show the appliance, reported symptom, diagnostic process, confirmed cause, authorised work and final test. A photograph alone does not prove what was repaired. We will not present stock images or unverified statements as completed customer jobs.
⚙
Required information
Each case study should include the appliance type, brand and model where disclosure is appropriate, general service area, initial complaint, checks performed, finding, work completed, test result and review date. Customer-identifying information should be removed unless explicit permission has been given.
🔍
Photograph standards
Images should be original, relevant to the repair described and free from unnecessary personal information. Before-and-after images must represent the same job. Captions should describe what the image actually shows rather than making unsupported performance claims.
🛡
Customer permission
Testimonials, names, property details, messages and photographs supplied by customers require permission before publication. The customer should understand where the material will appear and may request removal, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
📋
No outcome exaggeration
A successful functional test should be described accurately. We should not say an appliance was restored to like-new condition, guaranteed for years or made more efficient unless those statements are supported by measurements and the agreed service record.

Current publication status
This page provides the evidence standard. Verified case studies have not been added merely to fill the website. They should be published progressively as records and permissions are supplied.
